Fall shrimp are here and so is the best time to buy shrimp and save them for later.  It doesn’t matter if they are peeled or still in the shells, the freezing process is the same.

1. Place your shrimp in a freezer bag
2. Completely cover them with water
3. Remove any air
4. Place the bag flat
5. Freeze
