Serves 4

Ingredients

• 1 ½ king mackerel steaks
• 1 large orange
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• salt and pepper

Directions

• Place steaks in greased baking dish and sprinkle with slat and pepper.
• Cut orange into sections, drizzling all the juice over the mackerel.
• Dot the fish with butter.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until fish is done.
• Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
